If you purchase a course and decide within 30 days of purchase that it isn't for you — for any reason — you get your full purchase price back. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to complete a form. You do not need to demonstrate that you watched the modules or that a specific module failed to deliver.

How to request a refund:

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used to purchase and the name of the course. That's it.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

What happens after a refund:

Your access to the course portal and all downloadable materials associated with that course will be removed upon refund processing.

This is not a perpetual satisfaction guarantee. The 30-day window begins on the date of purchase, not the date you first log in. If you purchase a course and do not access it for 45 days, the refund window has closed.

This policy applies to individual course purchases only. If you purchase multiple courses, each purchase carries its own independent 30-day refund window from its own purchase date.
